| 產品優點︰ | VS series pigment is composed of a solid solution of fluorescent dyestuffs in a thermoset Melamine-paraformaldehyde resin. The pigment is not classified in the Colour Index.
VS series are thermoset fluorescent pigments,theyare very good in solvent resistance and in heat resistance.They are specially applied in vinyl coated fabric, vinyl plastisolsa organisols without color migrations.Also they are useful in solvent based and water based systems ,where solvent resistance and long shelf-life are required.
VS係熱固型顏料其具良好抗溶劑性及顏色不轉移特性適用於溶劑型塗料及油墨並不溶於醇類及酯類溶劑且散佈性佳。由於系列產品本身屬於熱固型顏料之本質。此產品特別推薦使用於抗高溫、高壓、抗強溶劑及抗滲色之範疇。產品使用範疇: 1. 凸版油墨(水溶型溶劑型)2. PVC油墨或PU油墨3. 凹版油墨(水溶型溶劑型)4. 紡織品印刷5. 網版油墨(水溶型溶劑型)
